Baldwin Baits was founded by Connor Baldwin, an Indiana State Champion bass angler who turned a lifelong passion for fishing into a growing bait company.

Connor started Baldwin Baits at just 16 years old with one goal: build baits that anglers can trust to catch fish. What began with hand-pouring custom soft plastics has grown into a brand focused on creating unique, high-performance lures for anglers across freshwater and saltwater.

Connor’s experience as a competitive angler plays a major role in every Baldwin Baits product. Each bait is designed with real time on the water behind it, From its action and profile to its colors and durability.
