Meet The Man
Hey, I’m Connor Baldwin, the guy pouring, packing, and posting everything you see from Baldwin Baits. I’m 17 years old and from Franklin, Indiana, and I started this company because I wanted to create something of my own that combined two of my favorite things: business and fishing.
Every bait you see is made by hand, by me — right here at home. From mixing colors and testing new molds to filming videos and fulfilling orders, I handle it all because I believe in giving every angler something they can trust.
Running Baldwin Baits has taught me a lot about hard work, patience, and chasing big dreams, and I’m just getting started. My goal is to keep growing this brand, make products that truly perform, and inspire other young entrepreneurs to take a chance on their ideas too.
